The apartment is equipped with an A/C unit in the entire apartment which you can turn on/off and set the temperature on the thermostat located on the wall next to the entry door. You can select the AC function by looking for "condizionatore" on the display, then after few seconds it will start to work and you can regulate the temperature on the panel located in the closet next to the thermostat.
Be careful Please be careful and don't let it on all the time to avoid they go in block mode. In order to avoid this, please remember to switch the units off before leaving the house.
The heating is regulated by a thermostat located on the wall in the hallway near the first bedroom.
Hot water In the event there is no hot water at the apartment please contact the Staff.
